Glue traps are strips of plastic or cardboard with one side coated in a strong glue. When the animal crosses the board it becomes stuck by the feet and fur.

Signed - I hate these things. I think they're even less humane than the old fashioned ones (if that's possible!) because the animal either dies from fear or starvation.
