Hi Matt  :), what width is the tree? I've put a tentative bid in for one but then realised that it might not fit at the side of my chimney breast!!!
3ft including 3inch of clearence eather side for the platforms that stick out. you might have to play about a bit with the angles of then to get it in?

OMG that is one serious cat tree and an incredable price. .... I would have to empty the spare room before I could fit one in .... your furries are VERY lucky kitties ... I hope they appreicate it.  ;)

Matt,

I've been looking at getting a bigger tree for my naughty pair. Does this one have to be attached to the ceiling?

Thanks
Emma
i would recommend having it "attached" to the ceiling. as they try to pull them selfs up on one side on the higher levels the weight of an adult cat could pull it over. my two bundles of joy like to fight at the top, one on each level so it think its a good idea.

my ceiling is 8ft and it doesn't quite make it. ive had to wedge a box between the ceiling and the post.

the tree "on its own" measures 7ft 2inch. i think its limit would be around 7ft 5inch.

hope this helped.  :)

they love it. :)

still finding the paws with it though. dont think there to aware of what its for, the still learning. :scared:

Roxy really likes the bed at the top though. but this time Cleo just had to join in and have a cuddle.

i must get some bed cushions. they've got little cosies all over all ready. behind the sofa's the best though. all ways curled up together behind there.

cat tree came today from eBay.  :) so please with it. glad i used same eBay sell as lisa77 did. many thanks for posting up yours, and letting us know where to get them from.  :)

i couldn't beleave the weight of the box when it came. :tired: i got it sent to my mums house since i knew she'd be home to sign for it, but thank god i left work early. theres no way she would of been able to move it. i struggled.

i couldn't wait to get home and set it up. took pics at every level as it grew and grew. it started off in frunt of the chimney breast, but as the top went on i just had to move it. ITS HUGE.  :wow: the kittens were jumping all over the place wondering what was going on. they even knocked my camera's focus slightly with out me realizing it. oh well.

winning bid: £43
p&p: 15
won late wednesday evening. arrived friday afternoon.

friends just been round to see the kittens and the tree. now shes jealous. :sneaky: :evillaugh:

(yes,i know i need some photo frames up)
