Henrietta was recently found as a stray - the lady who found her is temporarily fostering her but was away for the weekend so lovely Henrietta came to stay with us for a couple of nights. She is around 8 years old and was badly matted so has a shaved tummy - a very affectionate and sweet little girl. She is constantly hungry so being tested for hyperthyroid.
Although she was only with us a couple of days I know how you all like photos !

Lovely Henrietta (real name Jess) was reunited with her owners yesterday and is actually 17 (not 8 as the vets thought - wish I knew her secret !). She is doing really well on hyperthyroid medication.

Ahhhh bless her. So pleased she is back with her family .... I bet they are pleased to have her home. How long had she been missing? Were her owners aware that that she was hyperT?

The owners were on holiday when she went missing, about a month ago. Apparently they are very pleased to have her back but didn't know she was hyperT. She is due a check up next week - the lady who found her lives nearby and will stay in contact with them.
