It's easy  ;D

Hover over the profile button (top middle of screen)>scroll down and click 'forum profile'.

You can either upload a photo from your computer - check 'upload avatar' and upload as normal or put in the link to a photobucket photo using the  'specify avatar by URL' option and use the http:// link from photobucket.
