I don't think so.... I think he's a very scared little boy at the moment and nobody is going to forget about what he did... don't you worry! He'll wish he'd never been born.

I'm sure he's having a nice holiday somewhere and will sneak back in when this has blown over.   >:(

I can only hope that he is sentenced to some time in prison, high profile cases like these need tough action so that other twisted little scumbgs like him think twice about hurting animals.

Apparently the pathetic little excuse for a human has left the county, presumably scared that one of us is going to grab him by the b**ls and swing him round by them! Form an orderly queue people.

His father and brother have been condeming him as well so I imagine he's feeling lonely and VERY scared at the moment. Good.   Hope they get the other oiks who were standing round laughing as accessories.

I am very glad that poor Mowgli is physically ok although I doubt he'll trust anybody again and I am also heartened by the huge response this has got in the media. Proof that despite the dreadful stories we hear in the media we are, still, a nation of animal lovers.  I live in Kent and I have to say I am very proud to see how so many local people have helped the policae and RSPCA with this incident.

I keep my cats indoors and it is people like this Riain, or however he wants to spell his silly name, that made me come to this difficult decision.

The 20-year-old walked into a police station in Margate, Kent, this morning after the shocking footage emerged. Now the RSPCA are questioning him about what he knows about the video. A spoke...sman said: "The RSPCA can confirm that this morning a 20-year-old man from Ramsgate voluntarily handed himself into Margate Police Station. He is now helping us with our enquiries."

I saw it and........ so did not want to ......... on TV in pub tonight.

Cannot believe people broadcast this stuff which only encourages other monsters to perform to be on the telly.

That has been my belief for a long time, with the explosion of reality TV,more specifically shows like Road Wars,Cops on Cameras,Animal Hospital ext,I often wonder how many people will, especially in the areas where these shows are filmed, break the law in the hope that they will end up on TV..

Poor kitty  :( I wouldn't have thought it would even be possible to do - shows what I know.  My only comfort at this story is that he will undoubtedly be caught, just like cat-in-bin woman was.  I hope he is well punished - along with the people who stopped to chat to him across the street at the same time.

The moron should be swung around by his tiny willy. Even though the cat wasn't hurt, this idiot had no right to do what he did.

Should then cut it off along with his hands  :censored: :censored: :censored: :censored:

I don't think it's crazy-cat-ladyish at all - we're just protecting who we love!

(Mind you, whilst I'd keep the cat in, I WOULD be outside - watching and waiting for the scum to come back!) >:(

:thanks: Jezebel. Sometimes I feel a bit 'crazy-cat-lady-ish' by having the garden cat proofed but it's stories like this that make me sooooo grateful that I do  :shy:

The cat was unhurt but hasn't been outside since it happened. (Although if it had happened to a cat of mine, I wouldn't let him outside ever again!)

I can't bring myself to read actual articles as the images/words stay in my head, I hope the cat was OK  :( The only positive thing about them publicising cruelty such as this is that hopefully the person responsible will be caught and punished by the law AND by the community they live in.

As I said on FB, I'd swing him by something other than his neck!
