Lucky has just brought a lizard in so she must be well, I managed to get the lizard off her and put it safely outside and turned round to see the lizard tail still moving across floor, I was wondering should you save what the cat has caught because it is just instinct?  As lucky was not impressed with me removing her new toy.?

Pleased to say Lucky does seem a little more herself today, and her whites are whiter than white, hopefully she wont be sick, still licking her paw and not quite as crazy as usual as she is normally so hyper, she did have a real obsession with water and would go and investigate the pool and sit in the shower after it had been used or put dirty muddy footprints all over my nice clean bathroom but I think since her experience of being dunked in the bath yesterday, the second she hears water running she moves away rather quickly she may move on to obsessing about something else!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor baby ... and poor you.

Sending lots of positive vibes and hugs that she will be feeling better in the morning.

My husband painted the terrace today and after he finished he put the paintbrushes in some white spirit, lucky went out on the terrace and began chasing a cricket in her excitement she managed to knock the white spirit on her legs and then licked them clean, she ran under the bed to hide and I found her under the bed panting and fitting.  I ran a bath of water and managed to hold her in the water although I got badly scratched.  We then took her to the emergency vet and took along the chemical he said it was acid based so could cause a pulmonary heart attack or respiratory problems.  He administered a pain relief an anti inflammatory and an anti sickness  and a liquid medicine, because it is important that she is not sick in the next 48 hours or it could damage her oesophagus.  He also took her temperature and listended to her heart.  I hope she pulls through she is not herself she has eat a little dinner but then doubt I would be myself on that medication or stressful day.  Poor lucky over the past 6 weeks she has lost her brother, been attacked by a stray cat on a continuos basis and now this makes you wonder whether we should have called her unlucky instead and she is only one .  Bless her  .
