Great pics love the one where she's getting a cuddle from Yindee,

I'm just so amazed how brave she has been having a damaged tail and throat. She has been the most loving, sweet kitty all the time (except when the 5 week old kittens got too close  :evillaugh: )

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

Sally says she is even more lucky to have her after hearing I wanted her, and then yesterday found out Caroline's (the fosterer) husband Neil had also wanted to keep her. As you say Gail, she is very endearing  :Luv:

I dont think there could  have been a bigger turnaround in her situation  :Luv:

Excerpt from latest email with new photo

I hadn't occured to me that we had never heard a sound from Sunshine.

"when I gave her breakfast yesterday morning she meowed her head off,it was a job not to burst out crying I was so happy for her,her vocal cords must have been badly bruised and not damaged. I had to leave the lunch preparation to answer the phone the other day and accidentally left the kitchen door open, when I came off the phone there was Sunshine on my work top (strictly taboo) having carefully licked all the butter off one slice of bread and eating half a slice of plain.I believe this poor little soul was only fed scraps from the table and what she could pinch"

I am so happy for Sunshine (what a lovely, fitting name for her!!) now that she is finally with a loving family that she deserves.  That pic of her and Yindee together is just too sweet!! :Luv:
May she be able to leave that awful past behind for good and be happy for the rest of her life!!

Part of email  :Luv:

"Yindee and Sunshine are a pure delight to watch, they sleep in the same bed during the day, both use the litter tray at the same time and both are very naughty.Best of all is when they are playing I think they would put a Suma wrestler in the shade,Yindee has transgressed from being ten months old to that of a small Kitten."
