Hello everyone!
Thought I would introduce myself - name is Ally, British, and a writer in my spare time (whatever that may be!)
I am currently without a feline, which I hate, but am in rented accommodation that doesn't allow pets.
I miss my lovely Saffy terribly (domestic x siamese) and nothing can fill the hole in my heart that she made when she left me three years ago. It was her memory that first got me writing.
I have joined the forum to keep in touch with the feline world and also because I write stories about cats, I often need to have a refresh on certain behaviours and so on - and also because it is fun to talk about cats!
so... hello!

:welcome: :welcome: :welcome: :welcome: :welcome: from me & my 4 mogs. You'll get more than enough kitteh tales on here!!!! Not to mention your own feline fix. I spent my first 9 months in England with no cat and was sooooo pleased when I finally could have one, or 4 like now. Fingers xd you can have one soon.

Hopefully you can get your kitty fix here ;D I'm sure you've probably explored this avenue but have you asked your landlord about paying a slightly increased deposit in return for permission to get a cat, and/or offer to get carpets professionally cleaned on your exit.

I am the Clan cats mother I have probably the biggest cat family on Purrs  a mixture of Domestic, an awful lot of ferals and my Pedigree Ragdolls, my physco Bengal and my foster Norwegian Forrest Cat and of course mine are unusual in the fact they have their own pets our 3 Border Collies Sky who is black and white aged nearly 5, Sunny who is red and white and aged 3 and the baby of the bunch Mistral who is a split faced Blue Merle with odd eyes

Hello and thanks to everyone for the warm welcome!
You are a sneaky lot, just how I like it ;) I have already asked landlord about furries - he has consented to a reptillian friend, give me another six months and I will wind him around my little finger. I have my eyes on a siamese or a rex/sphynx. Can't help myself!
Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
