Hi Everyone,
Just thought I'd take a wee minute or two to introduce myself. My name is Sarah and I'm secretary of the Cupar Animal Trust Shelter up here in Scotland. We are a Fife based Cat Rescue taking in and rehoming approx 500 cats + per year. We are an independent Registered Charity entirely self funded.
I myself have 7 little furry babies... who my husband and I love to bits. We also run the Charities South Fife Branch with our HQ based in Cupar.
I just wanted to drop a line and say hi to everyone. We are all cat mad here and hope that we can contribute to your forum in some small way. We only came across it the other day.
Well done on all your hard work for the UK's rescue's.

:wow: I Don't believe it, I read a post on here today about someone wanting to take in an elderly feline, but due to
there not being any Scottish Cat Rescue's using Purr's, was finding it difficult to get one.
I'm away to c if I can Find it and Pass on the good news ;D

Is there not any other Scottish rescues on here no?? Mind you I only fell over the site the other day! (sorry!)
Everyone up here is doing fine... holding their own. Jan is doing good... well she will be when she gets over her groin strain!!! eeek... very sore and she can barely move bless her! :'(
Been yet another busy busy year... we are full of oldies at the moment looking for homes. Well I say oldies most of them are 2 - 6 years old but still too old for many folks who come a knocking at our doors! <sigh>
why is it everyone always dismisses how good it can be to take on an older cat?? gawd knows... anyhoo.. they are safe and happy with us for now and that is the main thing! ;)

now if I took it at 10 past 5, thats when people go home from work, you'd see a BIG Difference then :evillaugh:

well hello there... and abig hello to Miss Boopy.... great to see you on this forum... I was only saying to Paul the other day that I need to check up on your site and see how things are going with your wee furry family???
Pleased to hear that Miss Boopy still enjoys her bed. We had to stop making them for a few months as we were just SOOO busy. Although we will be starting up again in the next week or two thanks to a lovely new machine!! ;) Think that will be my xmas, birthday and anniversary pressies for the next 5 years! lol (well it will if Paul gets his way! Lol)
Miss Boopy is looking fabby... give her a big hug from all of us here at CATS.
