Well my wand 'feoh' went to the winter solstice at Stonehenge with me and drew many an admiring glance... :) Though most of the peeps were drooling over my 6' 6" hickory longbow! It's so nice to have a wand I feel connected with, I now have to find a home for my old twisted hazel one...could never get on with it. OH's not interested.....

I'm well pleased about that, Ruth. :)

I've just set aside some wild cherry and field maple wood to season. They'll be ready in time to make nice things for this year's auction. :)

the carrier is lovely - its a bit small for three of my cats but amber fits in!  the vet loved it when I took amber in with it!

OK, :evillaugh:  please excuse the model: here are my funky slippers.

Were you at work when that pic was taken?  :-:

Yes.  You have deduced that from my hosiery and the carpet, am I right?

If we had one more often , it wouldnt be as much fun and everyone would get bored, so thats why we have one big one a year  ;D

Nov 09 , not long to go

I'll be on maternity leave by then so will be able to keep up hopefully 24/7 as I am sure I will be awake 24/7 at that point with the twins

it's lovely to hear of everyone enjoying their goodies  :) I haven't started the jigsaw yet as I'm still finishing one but it's nearly done so looking forward to that.
Please consider the harder to home cats in rescue.

Max has thoroughly enjoyed the contents of his stocking and Minimopsical's special crackers (which were absolutely gorgeous by the way and worth every penny  :) ), and I'm loving the necklaces I won, I wore the black one on Christmas day with my new dress and it looked really fab  ;D

I took mine back to Australia as my sister has just started fostering kittens and my three really don't need any more stuff. The foster kittens loved the furry mouse and the mouse on a ball thing ( can't remember what it was called). So my  goodies went to a good cause - they will be used by loads of Aussie foster kittens in the next few months.

Tha cat tree has been a massive sucess, the girls absolutely love it! Chilli wasn't terribly impressed with her new collar to start with, but once she got used to wearing one again, she didn't mind!

Blip got a chaser toy in her Mutley and Mog gift pack - a long plush tail-on-a-stick with a feather on the end, and she adores it.  We've just been playing with it.  She's not at all interested in the treats that came with it, but I'm saving up unwanted edibles for my next trip to one of our rescues  ;).

I have a picture of my feet in the slippers, but that's on the other pooter  :evillaugh:

I don't like to talk about it  >:( The racing car bed is still  untouched by feline paw, thanks to the generosity of Momo of petvogue.co.uk the boys also got a helicopter bed which is also untouched by feline paw  >:( I'm thinking of rehoming the boys and swapping them for grateful cats who will sleep in the ultra cool beds that their Mum buys for them  :evillaugh:

The cube was a massive hit. As were the Ferrero Rocher  :evillaugh: Honeysuckle goodies, hit and miss but will play with all if trying to annoy me at 4am. Studiously ignores the personalised cat bed, why use that when his perch or me is available  :evillaugh: Perfume bottle has pride of place and will be one of the last things packed. Burns food is well, food so always a big hit with the little man (rapidly becoming not so little), umm, what else, think that's it........ oh no, my Vicky Halls book, well, haven't read it yet, think I'm going to save it for my flight but Dave approves as he's has a bit of a chew on it.
