That's right. GLS are parcelforce at this end. Just thought of something else it might be. I partake in a secret santa gift exchange on another board and although it's early for that, some people have received theirs already. If it's that, it may well be from overseas so most people try to post early. Quite excited now about what it might be!

TBH Zooplus seem to have sorted themselves out - I placed an order on Sunday night and received it yesterday. I always tick the DHL box on the order form (cheeky boogers cgarge £1 now) and if I am not home they always leave with a neighbour.

I think that GLS subcontract out to ParcelForce

I haven't had mine yet, I had a Parcel Force card the other day, got quite excited as I thought it might be either my passport with my visa or my Zooplus gift. It was neither, it was a laptop bag I ordered, they left it at a Post Office too, had to get Patrick in work to run me down just in case it was Zooplus and heavey

The annoying thing is I could actually collect it tomorrow morning as I'm off work and due at the hairdressers at 11.15 and the post office is not far from there. But then I'd have to carry whatever it is to the hairdressers and then from there to work via public transport and walking.

Has anyone received their little surprise yet? I ask because I got home to a card from parcelforce saying they had tried to deliver a parcel. It can't be my purrs calendar as I dont think that wil be here yet and doubt that would be parcelforce (would it?) and I haven't ordered anything else from anywhere. So am now wondering whether they have sent me a small surprise too and just sent the email to a diff address or something.
