Update on my last note: just to show how great they actually are. When they make a mistake they really do stick to good customer service.

Just heard back from them regarding wrong food and they said that its not cost effective to return the food to them (cost of postage for them or me in fact) so please donate it and they will replace with the Feline asap.

I have to say VetUk don't generally get orders wrong for me, but the last two orders a few hiccoughs.

Last order they forgot my Frontline, but shipped immediately arter they realied they missed it from the rest of the order.

And then last week I ordered the RC Obesity for Lexy (I still cringe when I type it... Obesity).. and order arrived yesterday. They didn't ship with the type of delivery I wanted, left it with my neighbour who gets very annoyed with items being left...and sent me the food for dogs...

Sigh... the gods are trying to tell me Lexy isn't meant to lose weight!!
