My cats are funny like that, they even turn their noses up at gourmet, hope the offer is still on, its cat food day today.

you can imagine how she would react if her juice was replaced with jelly!

Blip is just the same. She devours the gravy but turns her elegant nose up at jelly or pates. So, of course, she wouldn't save our money and eat the 'As Good As It Looks' when I tried it a while ago...

Thanks for that Mark, I think the meat is the same but the Gourmet Pearl 'juice' as I like to call it is much juicier, like a rich gravy.  The 'As good as it looks' is more like a loose jelly. One of Tiggy's many nicknames is 'juice licker' so you can imagine how she would react if her juice was replaced with jelly!

that's interesting Mark, I will give that a try two of mine are pretty easy going but two are quite fussy so I'll try it out before I bulk buy!

Bit of info for when the offer is over, my mum phoned Purina the other week as the price jumped up by 50p or something. The woman there told her that Felix "as good as it looks" is made from the same meat as the gourmet. Might be worth a try as it's about £1 cheaper on normal prices. (they also sent her a £4 voucher!)

We were very lucky, recently our HQ supplied us with a full pallet of the Gourmet Pearl. We had thousands of packets.

CP HQ supply all branches (well those that want it anyway) a pallet of food 2 or 3 times a year which is a huge help.
