Auction has finished at 1900 precisely as shown by the time reocorded on the site as the posting time but this will be verified by Tan.
Thank you everyone for making this a wonderful auction and watch the threads cos Tan and I will be announcing the winning bid on every item...........gonna be a long night!
-
Gill do we pay the winning bid to Ron and the postage to Auctioner bit confused
-
Hi smugely
no the winning bid plus stated P&P all goes to Ron BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT please wait for the winners to be announced unless you have the top bid before today.
-
Yeap that be strict rule for all of us. Any bids up to 7.00.00 as per the posted time will be valid, any after that (ie 7.00.01) will be void.
Sorry anyone who just bid after but we have to have a strict cut off time to be fair to all.
Please wait till we have finished all final posts on each thread before paying any money to Ron. ta muchly

-
where is the payment instructions ???????/ can't find em anywhere Grrrrrrrrrr :censored: hope its not by paypal :'(
-
Look in how to pay its a sticky at top and no there are options although we prefer paypal
-
Sorry to be a pest when you are very busy but if we have won more than 1 item can we just add them all up and pay the total or do you want them separate so you can check which items have been paid for. Ta ;D
-
Separate please
-
just found it thanks. Very worried about using paypal payments though . Hope its nothing but have emailed Tan
Ooooooh we got a premiere account have we eh.!...... :gpoint: nuff said no wot i meina rry ;)
-
It fine i have a premier business ac for paypal ;D
-
OK Thanks Gill will do them separate ;D
-
How do we find the address to post the winning item to?
-
The instruction will be on the thread when we reach it ;D
-
Hi hun
Ya have to wait for the winner to pay 1st. We will let you know with a message on your item that it's ok for you to post it off.
The winner will contact you with their addy.
xxxxxxx
-
Hi, sorry to ask questions too but do I assume that someone will contact me to tell me where and when it is ok to send the four books? Also if any of the winners wants a specific dedication rather than just a signature could they email me direct to tell me.
My email address is Mooncottagecats@hotmail.com
Thank you very much
Marilyn
-
Yeap there will be a message on your item when the winner has paid and it ok to send the books. They will contact you with their addy.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
-
Please could you PM me with this question so I dont forget about it and then I will let you know the answer
Thanks
Gill

-
I've just paid (for 4 items - I hope I haven't missed any! ) and I've rounded the number up a bit - is that OK?
-
Did ya add the postage on Dave?
-
Yes, all p&p added in, but rather than double- and triple-check my sums I thought I'd add a few quid instead! ;D
-
Coo thanks Dave £100 way more covers Postage. You are an angel
xxxx
-
Now we need the second mortgage and can I pay in one hit as am away this week and work laptop is di=odgy but hopefully on line at a real computer on Wed.
Clan cats also will round up some of their bids as its all in a good cause
-
yeap one hit ok Liz
;D
-
Have paid for my smaller items altogether and rounded it up - easier to balance the books that way
-
I'm confused now (some might say I'm permanently confused :-:
Farther down this thread Gill has asked for separate payments but now Tan sys OK in one hit. I would prefer one hit. Can I do that?
-
yeah cause i can split up to see which ya paying for, Gillie could do that cause i get the paypal email. Can ya list the items in the box on the paypal review page
ta hun
-
If I've read the instructions correctly you add up the total, and in a box on the next page list the items you've won. That's what I've done - I hope I've got it right!
-
No worries Dave i will post on ya items ya paid
-
OK - paid by Paypal. Items listed and total rounded up a bit in case I got me sums wrong :drink:
-

WOWEEEE! That's terrific. Well done everyone but special thanks to Tan and her hubs aka Mr Fabulous and our Giillikins (who seems to be up and about amazingly early this morning )
Maybe with our donations and if like last year, some of the peeps round their totals up, we might be able to hit the £2000 mark!!! :gpoint:
-
Will be rounding up and paying Wed as should be home by then and will need to have a large wine and several cats for comfort when we pres the button!!

-

-
Ya didn't have a smack coming back from Buster's Birthday Party did ya? :evillaugh:
Anyway, not to worry...the van's still on the road.... and now I've won me Beethoven C/D's, we're all set for our next catknapping operation.
I thought we could start out with a little of Beethoven's Sixth (Pastoral)...you know, while we're trilling around the country lanes... and then, as we near our destination, we could plug into a bit of the steely old Beethoven Five, just to concentrate our minds, and then.....mission accomplished (which would be a first )....we could all join in with a rousing chorus of the joyous Beethoven Nine. :sneaky:
What d'ya think?

Just shows what a difference a few people can make :Luv: and it was enormous fun :wow:
-

I dont know anything bout beethoven but guess you are gonna educate me when we driving that van ;D
NO I was smacked by a stupid little pole in a carpark, I wish they would just keep still, hate having to dodge them
So whats the mission then ??
-
I'm coming, I'm coming, (read in a panting bike riding voice) :bike: Leakie can hold on to it honest!!!.
Where we off to then! ;D ;D ;D
Didntv you dooooooooooo well

Whacha reckon Shall me and Gilliiieee do one next year and maybe even a summer one too?
-
Yes please! I'll polish up my e-sniping skills!!
-
I thought your skills were already polished
-
A summer one is a good idea - we will have to dig out our Mrs Mills 78's and macrame :evillaugh:
-
Hi Sneakie & Leakie,
Just booked in...but Sneakie, am a little concerned about ya attitude towards our esteemed Eastern European friends:
quote
'No I was smacked by a stupid little pole in the carpark, wish they would just keep still, hate having to dodge them' :evillaugh:
unquote
I think there may be trouble brewing in many a carpark if ya keep this attitude up...I guess ya could always drive straight at the blighters thus avoiding the fag of having to dodge 'em but.............
Will be sending ya a copy of the Highway Code and any literature I can find on Race Relations poste haste. :sorry:
Sorry to spoil ya fun..... suggest ya keep yaself busy with planning our next mission.
Yours in anxious mode
Queakie 8)
P.S. Sneakie: We ought to avoid 'yob' tactics at all costs.....we have enough to contend with with Leakie's little problem and then there's her passion for disguise. Is she really Cherie Blair?
-

Oh that has started me day off so well. Made i laugh lots
Here's the real me
-
Oh Cherieeeeeeeeeeee I didnt know you liked cats. I thought that was the one you evicted
And as for you Madam Queakie. I was waiting to see if you picked up on my little pole  Now as an educated person I thought you would have realized that pole was all in lower case and therefore not referring to our Eastern European friends at all. :P I wish there was a smilie for Gotcha
The country I love the most and the only one I took time to try and learn their infernal language has its capital in the geographical centre (so I have read) of Europe, so if only, Dobry den from Praha ;D.
Have been to Hungary, Czech Rep and Slovakia, Yugoslavia now Croatia but sadly not to Poland, I wonder if I will ever get to drive there...............sigh.
-
Tan,
What were you & Bill up to? :evillaugh:
-
Oh myyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy :wow:
-
Welll..........
Gotta get round a bit ain't i!!! ;)

Hi Tan,
I have just sent my payment through, please note I didn't win the cable tidy though!
Thank you & all involved, I've had great fun :wow:
J
x
-
Thanks Jas, have recd ya paypal very generous payment ;D ;D ;D
oh yeah re the cable tidy, Will contact Les then as she won it!!
-
WOW Sneakie...just think of all the fun ya could have if ya drove to Poland...that'd stop 'em all coming over here, hee hee. :evillaugh: :car:
Now, I realise how miserable ya must be feelin at having ya fun quoshed but don't try to repair ya reputation by pretending ya remarks were a 'Gotcha' aimed at moi....Nice try........but since when have you been pedantic about upper and lower case? And please explain to me how a 'static' pole can move about.
I think you might have to call upon the skills of our old mate Leakie (or Cherie) to defend ya argument.
Oh and would I be right in assuming that 'Dobry den' is some sort of expletive in Ducha speak? If so, take that: :fightin:
Leakie: Gotta hand it to ya gal, you've done us proud this time. That's ya best yet. I guess ya'll be OK in the 'lower regions' where Bill is concerned. I doubt even he could cope (or should that be grope?) with ya rubbers.
Don't forget to thank Tone for his help in getting the ol' Chrissie Auction organised. That was jolly decent of him with the war in Iraq et al going on.
Ya ol pal
Queakie 8)
-
Welllllllllllllll no it wasnt an expletive it was saying Good morning....................seeeeeee even my nice friendly remarks are being tainted :poke:
Well pedantic poles move , I swear they do cos other wise how would they be smacking my car? I may need Cherie to defend me  Mind you she is not doing a very good on defence herself, or is it like I used to see on traffic accident reports from the American military..........I was driving defensively on the roundabout and the mini kissed me
My my we are getting political...............I love political discussions ;D I think Cherieeeeeeee should beware of the little shrub though, very dangerous liaisons I think 8)
Cant trust those Leakie rubbers as you know Queakie, cos they burst all over the place, just think of the mess in the van and how she took off just like a rocket. whooshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :Nooooo: :Nooooo: :Nooooo:
