Mark, a little knowledge in the wrong hands is a dangerous thing.  :sneaky: He's heard the term 'Persian' and 'Blue' and got them jumbled and is now all twiterpated thinking he's got a Aristocat on his hands. I'll have a fiver on puss being a dust-covered shaggy mogster when he does catch it.  But good on the bloke for trying..  :)

I watched that documentary too, so sad. Those poor girls being programmed that way.

As far as I know, it's not a breed of cat, though!

Prussian Blue (the band) are sooooooooooooo disturbing. I've seen a few documentaries on them, best one being one from Louis Theroux.

lay me down, let me go, feeling heavy the ground is cold,
lay me down take it slow I'm ready to stumble, sing & then swing low

That's all that came up when I googled. I had never heard of them although it's shocking. Their mother brought them up to believe the holocaust didn't happen and they sing songs about racial purity. They also wear "smiley" hitler t-shirts  :scared: - scary if it wasn't so pathetic. Although I read this, I understood that Holocaust denial was illegal in Germany?

I'm not going over in case this man is a fan and got confused  :evillaugh: (me being part german jew and all that  :evillaugh: )

Yeah they raised quite a few eyebrows and that's how they gained their notoriety rather than for their music.  Thank god they never acheived a mainstream status with their message.
From what I heard German children are educated on sheer facts and taught that their countrymen made an awful mistake in the past.  I think it is important, rather than trying to hush up their shame they are doing the right thing.

DO NOT BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

I am sure this guy was confused and he would have meant russian blue, a breed who look like a slimmer version of Chartreux.  Prussian blue is really a name of a shade, also there was a duo named Prussian blue, they were twin girls and interestingly one of the girls was named "Lynx".  Maybe they were the cause of the confusion?

Sally rang him today and her told her that it is a persian/russian blue  :-:

Sally says "as you know, these are two completely different looking cats" - I'll take her word for it  :) as I am not up on breeds.

Had a call about a stray. The man said it is a Prussian Blue - I googled it but no photos came up. Any idea?
