Title: Lost - Black & White Cat in Lutterworth Leicestershire - NOW HOME!!
Post by: summer2006 on March 18, 2009, 16:23:26 PM
Missing from the Greenacres area of Lutterworth since Monday 16th March. Our beautiful cat Puddy. She is black with white paws, bib and mouth and a black smudge on her nose.

She is aged 4 but very small for her age. She's very friendly and inquisitive. She was wearing a black 'Staywell' collar with a yellow infrared cat flap key/capsule. She is neutered and microchipped.

Thank you for reading.

Edited to change title

We got our furbaby Poppy home after being AWOL for 8 long days and they only way that we found where she was was by leaflets I had posted around not once, not twice but for a third time all to the same area in 1 week and only the third time was a leaflet seen by the lady that phoned and lead us to the rescue of our furbaby.

Don't worry about bugging people with your posters and leaflets.

The lady said she never ever went to the shop I gave a leaflet to for the third time but that fateful morning she did for the first time and for that last week had been aware of Poppy in her office and trying to catch her and someone in her office was all set to take Poppy home as her own when and if they caught her until she saw my leaflet and then out two and two together, made three and phoned me.

Please do not underestimate leafleting as it lead us to our baby.  Just keep churning them out.

Woo Hoo ... what great news.  So pleased he is back home safe and well.  Did he just turn up or did you "find" him?

Summer started another thread about her homecoming  :)

After being missing for 2 days.  Puddy has turned up safe and sound.  She was over the road trapped in a neighbours loft/eaves.  One of the neighbours had heard her meow and seen the flashing green light of her infra-red cat flap key.

She's a bit dirty and hungry, but apart from that doesn't seemed phased by her ordeal.  Me on the other hand feel drained, after worried non stop for 2 days. :)

I'm over the moon, and so grateful for the support I've received from this site.  Thank you!!!!!!
