Definately communial facilites LOL

Lupin the Plumber will sit on the lid and follow the water from the back unit after flushing and then listen at the pipe and follow it down the out pipe, all from the outside of course LOL

I thought this was Normal?

 :evillaugh:

Me too!   I live alone and would never dream of shutting the door when I go to the bathroom  ;D  I am generally accompanied by someone.  Sometimes Mosi tried to jump onto my knee  :shify:  There is a clothes airer near the toilet so Mosi will often climb up on there so that I can stroke him whilst I'm otherwise occupied  ;D  There is also a litter tray in the bathroom so sometimes we have communal bathroom trips with someone using the litter tray whilst I use my facilities!

Both the kittens run in when I go to the loo and sit there, Winston used to get on my knee !
Fif has a plastic fetish and wants to chew it , Winston likes to pee on it !

Yes both mine insist on coming into the loo with me in the morning. Izzy even checks out the contents of the bowl afterwards and watches the flush! Is very icky.

Weird weird weird.

I know, bonkers!

She shouts at the walls a lot, especially around a full moon which is when she specifically shouts at the thermostat.

Amber allows me to go to the loo during the day in peace but in the evening needs to follow me every time. If I click the door closed she flings herself against it and howls.
If I get up in the night I find her outside the bathroom door waiting to escort me back to bed where she allows me to cuddle her for a little while and when she thinks Im ready to sleep off she trots

Bass often races across the garden to sit and stare intently at the ivy.

Drum howls at the thermostat on the wall.

Both of them love sitting on paper carrier bags.

I have a video somewhere on here of Bass sticking her head down a drain.

I can't remember the last time I was allowed to pee in peace   Not only that I have to make a fuss of them when I'm sat on the loo otherwise they just keep screeching at me until I do  :evillaugh:

This is a bit embarrassing to share, but whenever I am on the loo, denzel pushes the door open (there are only the 2 humans so the door rarely gets locked) and sits down in front of me wanting a stroke!!! If i dont she usually gives her little meepy cry so that i do

I also have to admit  :-[ since becoming the mother of four cats I can no longer go to the toilet in privacy. Well I could if our bathroom door actually locked but Rusalka always pushes it open and runs aroud my legs usually followed by Orpheus who is usually followed by Tosca

As for other strange habbits Carmen loves to rip up paper especially when she doesn't get what she wants. In the morning she often clambers on top of me purring all sweetly. If I don't get up and feed her I'll hear paper being ripped! This morning she found a toilet roll.

Tosca can be a bit bad for chewing up plastic bags so I always make sure there is non lying around.

Orpheus loves his food and he eats it very quickly sometimes trying to steal the others!

mine dont come in the bathroom nowadays - my daughter has asthma and i noticed an improvement when i kept them away from the bedrooms so they dont go upstairs where the bathroom is - but oscar used to come up when i was in the bath and try and drink from the toilet!! If he wasnt doing that then hes stealing my daughters dummys, i even bought him his own but no it has to be hers and he HAS to have stolen them!

Chelsea had loads but they used to change but yes, definitely used to come into the bathroom or if her Daddy was in there in the morning sit outside waiting for him to come out and go downstairs to feed her.

Yep, definitely normal.   Read recent posts on the Paws Inn thread if you don't believe us.

Biggles races ahead of me into the bathroom in the morning then climbs on my knee when I sit dowm on the loo.  Bunty prefers the downstairscloakroom and waits till I'm in there then pushes the door open leaving me in full view of the front door.  One of these days it will open.  :-[

If I don't close the bathroom door properly, Drum pushes it open and I'm left sitting there on the loo facing an open door! Once, I waited for her to come in and then shut the door but she went back, pulled it open again and came back in.

One time I was sitting on the loo, she came in and started licking my knee.

I too think this is normal. For a cat.
