We have a similar setup with Alice. She has a heated bed infront of a heater. She will sit up staring at the heater in disgust if the thermostat cuts out  :evillaugh:

Something Ive noticed .....  Ive never seen Napkins tail !  Is she an "Honorary Manx Cat" as was Mr Gizmo who managed to lose his tail in an accident ?

This is a photo of Napkin's normal sleeping arrangement... portable electric heater next to the cat condo, near the bed so she can come and lay on top of me when I'm in bed. Normally, I will turn the heater up at night to warm the whole room and turn it down so it just radiates heat for her while I'm at work.

This morning, she is sleeping on the kitty condo and I reach to turn the heater down. SMACK! The little so and so actually swatted my hand away from the heater!  :shocked: I guess I've been put in my place!
