This pic was taken about 10 minutes ago. They have spent the morning racing around and dive bombing each other and have settled down for their morning nap. Like almost all the other litters we have here, they are ignoring their nice clean comfy kitten pen and have made a nest in the old cat towels with I keep in the chimney breast cubby hole. Luckily they've chosen there as it could have been worse - last year we had Frankie Four Fingers and the gang who insisted in sleeping in my laundry hamper and I was having nightmare about accidentally shoving them in the washing machine.  :scared:

The green fabric you see hanging down is the upholstery from the chair with they've pulled down while climbing. We're kind of used to that stuff happening now.  :evillaugh: Terry will re-cover the chair when they're gone.  :)

You're right Teresa, it is very therapeutic to have a normal, healthy litter with no issues. They cheer you up.  :naughty:

Aw, glad the little uns are continuing to have fun in the bathroom.

I know all about the mess cotton buds can cause...and that's just by me let alone a trio of kittens. I've had to promise my better half that I will ALWAYS secure the lid else I'd have to forego them in the future...

Chester sounds like a little gem for helping out with kitten duty!

I think Hope looks a bit like Rolf Harris with the goatee and tash.  :evillaugh:

The fun has started. They have figured out if they climb the blue wicker chair, they can reach the hand basin and then get to the windowsill. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, cotton buds and hand lotion all over the floor.  :tired: I don't know why I'm surprised because it happens every time.

Faith managed to fall into the bath today and is still too small to jump out. (Obviously the bath didn't have water in it - I never leave them run around unattended when the bath is full.  ;) ) I was in the garden at the time. She cried out and that alerted Chester to go into Lassie mode come tell me a kitten was in trouble. Chester got a chew stick for helping me rescue her.  :naughty:

Actually the biggest problem is remembering to check your trousers before you 'rise from the throne'.  They tend to nest in your clothes you see. OH finds no end of kittens have used his trouser leg as a play tunnel while he's been... distracted by other things. He forget to check once and ended up with an accidental piercing in a very delicate place.  :innocent:

I 'spose watching three kittens in the bathroom makes a chance from reading a magazine when 'on the throne'

Very probably but she'll shake them off soon I have no doubt.  :evillaugh: All three of them are jumping beans and it took OH and me around 30 minutes waving feathers around like maniacs to get these pics. They just wouldn't keep still as were too busy discovering wonderful new things like bath sponges, shower curtains and towels.  :evillaugh:

Every single litter I have eventually needs rescuing from the top of my shower curtain. It's only a matter of time.  :innocent:

They are doing great so far. Came in a bit stunted and a bit wormy, full of fleas etc... but don't they all!  :innocent:

These three little girls have just come in yesterday. We'd been working with the family they came from and mum had 'escaped' our previous neutering efforts in their multi cap household.  :tired: All of a sudden they called to say we HAD to take these three in or they would be going to the pet shop.  >:( Luckily their mum has now been done so these are the last.  ;)

As usual we had no room at the Inn but obviously I couldn't see them end up in a shop window.  :( So although things are really tough at home and I've been on a fostering brake as I may be homeless any day now, I have taken them in as I had no choice in my eyes... so as usual in the summer, my bathroom has again become a kitten playroom and we have shredded toilet roll everywhere.
