Just to say Alfie has gone to his new home :wow:

He had some visitors on Friday, who have already adopted a cat from Angie and wanted to find a friend for her. Alfie really sold himself, and so off they trotted, eye cream and anti biotics in hand.

It seems really quiet here without him, but I understand he is settling in well.

Any rumours of Angie trying to kidnap him by waving ham over the back fence to tempt him are probably true! They back on to her, so had better watch out.

Alfie update, for all fans of the little one out there -

Alfie visited the vet on Monday as he had a snotty nose and runny eyes over the weekend. More cream and anti-biotics, this hasnt stopped his passion fo all things food related.

He is not happy about the eye cream, guess he`s fed up with all the wiping etc.  :'( On the plus side, he gets to eat special food all on his own as he meds are in them.  :evillaugh: This more than makes up for taking them, in Alfie`s world.

He is growing so fast! He loves the dogs and other kitties, and his big uncle Gary lets him cuddle in for a wash and quick snooze.

I will try and download the photos - they look so cute together - if the phone ever stops ringing!

Alfie fans - he is doing good. A bit of a sore eye and had some uninvited guests last week  :(

He is a wonderful character and has to be penned at food times as he is totally into eating and has pinched Nicky's toast of her plate on more than one occasion.

Saw him on Saturday and this is the photo now on the web - on the kitchen top of course..

I finally managed to get a snap of Alfie and his new "friends" last night.

They were all a bit stressed yesterday as the kitchen was demolished, complete with the ceiling coming down. My 5 cats were on lock-down with them in the bedroom all day, and I suspect lots of playing went on despite of the noise. They ventured downstairs when the builders had gone, and Alfie had great fun chasing my Lily up and down the hallway!

They soon bounced back with TLC and nice food last night and ! only found 3 random poos this morning when I pulled the bed out so not too bad! Mine have gone out today now the major noise is over.

Alfie has come to stay with Clare (with the strange hair), Kerry and Pingu.

He misses all his cuddles from Auntie Angie, but is getting used to having other kitties to rough and tumble with!

Alfie has no fear, even the dogs` tails are fair game.

Will try and get a photo when they all stand still for long enough.

Alfie has just come back from the vet. Last week he weighed in at 430g , he is now 580g.

Am keeping him on synulox for a few more days as we have lurgy in other room.

He face is filthy still and he likes to spit at me out of the blue and bite my nose and lips, so I'm growling, hissing and yelping at him as well as just pinning him down but I don't think he really notices.

God help his new family!

 :evillaugh: he's soooo cute  :Luv:

I'm sat here with a huge grin on my face,  just too cute for words  :Luv2: :Luv2:

I`m just delighted that Angie will have the job of licking him clean   another thing how did he get up there, little love has hidden wings too  :Luv2:

baby wipes don't seem to shift any of it I'm afraid. He's like a pig in a trough.

As for getting up there, its next to a bed and he learnt the art of climbing up the bed and jumping 3 inches! somehow he's also managed to get out of the room with a two foot barrier in place that I struggle to get over - perhaps he does have wings after all - I am on lookout now so he won't try to do it again. (OK he must squeeze through somewhere....)
