Hi Andy

I'm not sure there are too many rescue members on Purrs in your neck of the woods, I can only think of one and that is 'Joote'. She volunteers for Cats Protection Bristol but she hasn't been online for a year now, I've sent her a PM with a link to this thread. Hopefully if she is able to assist she will get back to you.

:luck:

Edit: Scrap that, I was just about to click send when I re-read your first post and saw that although George is in Bristol you are in Stroud, Gloucestershire  :shy: Haven't sent the PM as looking at google maps the two place are quite far apart so unlikley someone from Bristol would be able to help.

Hi Boys & Girls,

I know you are all super busy but, last Friday I found a cat that needed help so I took him to the RSPCA in Bristol. Despite best efforts owners not found.
Found thread:  http://www.purrsinourhearts.co.uk/index.php/topic,33183.0.html

We've decided to adopt him in the very likely event that his owners never show up
Adoption thread:http://www.purrsinourhearts.co.uk/index.php/topic,33203.0.html

All official wheels now rolling but "George" is likely to have to stay there until back end of next week because a volunteer is required to do a home visit as part of the official process. Is there anyone on here that is able to do this official process ASAP and save George another week living in a kennel? I live in Stonehouse, near Stroud, Gloucestershire.

Thanks and regards,
Andy
