I didn't hear anything. I just came across the site. How annoying is that? - they should take it down if it isn't valid  >:(

have you heard they have restarted this Mark?  Petmeds stopped this couple of years ago but they never took the text of the site as they were hoping to restart.  It ended because some rescue's were kicking the backside out of the program to get for themselves and the sponsors pulled out.
