I dont want to sound ungrateful but I think its time that this thread was unpinned so that it can be laid to rest if that is possible, not asking for moderation or disappearance just for it to slip down the list out of sight, I just do not want people worrying about me and I would prefer to stay well in the background, so of a moderator could do this I would be grateful.

Just incase this is written or reads different than intended blame the medication, no harm or ingratitude meant.

A bit hot and humid today, couldn't get up (too exhausted) so now I'm all sweaty

hope that it hasn't been too bad down your way - I know that high humidity can be horrible for folk with dodgy lungs.
