Hi,
I found a tabby kitten late last night, (Tuesday 9th Feb)
He was crying very loud and seemed distressed, I wasn't sure what to do at first, but I went out to check he wasn't hurt or injured.
He's in beautiful condition and obviously very well cared for, so I left him to try and make his way back home.
I woke up at about 5.30am and he was still there and so I bought him in. He was very hungry and ate 2 bowls of food.
I fairly sure he is male (neutered?), between 6 months to 1 year old, excellent condition, beautiful markings on his fur.
If anyone reading this is the owner or knows who the owner is please email me, I check my emails at least twice a day. I don't want to put my phone number on, or the exact street where he was found.
The area he was found is near Beeston Train Station.
Someone must be missing him badly.
I am just in the process of do the phone calls to vets, RSPCA, I have put messages on - Feline Forum, My Moggy, National Pet Register and The Hovel.
Kind regards,
Ruth

Positive vibes that he will be reunited with his owner soon.....Well Done on taking him in!

Is there any way you could get him to a vet to check if he has a chip? - Otherwise, CP or another rescue might be willing to scan him.

he's lucky he appeared on such a kind doorstep, have you put any found posters in the neighbourhood?, on lamposts and trees, his owner is probably out looking for him and just geography separates you.
