Mosi was totally bonkers yesterday.  More so than usual.  He started racing around the flat and knocked his cat tree over several times because he was jumping on and off it with such force. He was jumping from the cat tree to the other end of the room - about 12 feet - via the ceiling (well almost  ;)).  Then he started jumping on Jaffa - not in a mean dominance way, more a "ooh it's fun pouncing on something that moves" way.  He didn't settle down til about 10pm and then only for about half an hour before he started up again.  He had to go into time out at bedtime before he would settle.  Then, thankfully, he slept through the night.

YES!!!  It was definitely naughty weekend.  I spring cleaned my flat on Saturday and had Rajah chasing the duster, tiptoeing through the soap suds and hanging off everything I moved, including me.  I got myself a nice long scratch down my ribs as he jumped for my bra as I was trying to get dressed.  My eyes water at the thought of what he may have caught hold of if it hadn't been the ribs.  :'(

Fortunately he doesn't like the hoover or the carpet shampooer much, so we didn't see him at all when they were on, but in between, oh my, my....!!!  Yesterday was plant eating day, and today has been a bit better although he was chasing a rogue fly which came into our flat at lunchtime and knocking things over in an attempt to catch it.

It was naughty weekend in my flat. Started Saturday morning, early hours, with Dave deciding that as he was up and wanted attention and to play I should therefore be up and every effort should be made to get me out of bed. He succeeded by 6.45am :tired: Yesterday morning he just had to get into the wardrobe, sod the fact there's very little in there he kept trying and it rattled the door continuously so I ended up wide awake and had to get up and open the door (it is still open, I daren't close it!) Then yesterday evening, just as I was thinking about bed he went into naughty mode again, scratching stuff he shouldn't, biting my ankles while I walked and just being a pest in general.

He did finally let me have a lie in this morning though, didn't get up till 9am ;D

Or was Mosi just making that up?  ;)  He was the devil incarnate yesterday and Jaffa even got in on the act knocking over some dvds in pursuit of something on the wall that only he could see.   Mosi went through a well behaved phase about a month ago but normal service has now been resumed  :shify:
