Have submitted it to mymoggy, just working my way thru the other sites. Not a happy ending I'm afraid. Found by one of my family.
Found on Monday, very very poorly cat, bad condition, unknown in immediate area, taken to vets. No chip. Old tatty collar, no ID. Vets didn't think cat would make it through the night but persevered so tests could be carried out, cat made it through the night. Tests carried out.
Was found to be blind, some kind of brain trauma, chronic renal failure. Was PTS as no recovery possible.  :( Vets were very kind to the cat while in their care.
Local rescues and search groups informed.

I have searched all the sites and can't find a match.
Only found out about it today.
