Great news Milo - you had your mum worried sick  ;D

Sorry Christine I hadn't seen this until now

He is doing so much better especially today, he managed to have a Pooh without falling over and then took himself off and pulled up onto the bed (shhhh don't tell him we have put the quilt hanging on the floor to make life easier)  :evillaugh: :evillaugh: he came and got on my shoulder in the night which made my day, he still gets a bit wobbly but I noticed today he went to the food that hadn't been liquidised and ate as he does with his little hand

Its amazed everyone that saw him the day it happened the speed he is recovering for a beautiful old gent

Thanks all for your lovely comment, good wishes and positive vibes for The Milo man

He has just ventured out of the cupboard and into my office his back leg is still not right but I guess the metacam worked. He was grooming my leg as Im sitting here working still in my PJ'S I think he might be telling me my legs need a shave. Have lifted him onto his fav spot... right next to me on my desk

Will leave his physio untl later, I dont want to upset him again

He probably feels down-in-the-dumps and grumpy, bless him.

I am sure he will appreciate it if you just sit quietly near him and perhaps play some gentle music?

He scratched my face (im glad I had my glasses on) and bit my nose. vet said he may be in a bit of pain and to give metacam.im just going to leave him alone all the time he is resting he might get pain free

i only wanted a cuddle  :'(

Just read your thread about your little dance (sorry won't read the words to song as know I'll end up in tears and what good does that do me?  Everyone at work already knows I'm a softie over the furry fellas). Anyway immediately came to this thread to see how he's doing and so glad he is continuing to improve.  :) :) :) Well done that little man!

Morning all

Thanks for changing the picture Gill that is my handsome young man.

Milo had a very peacefull night and is sooooooooooooo much better this morning. I made him a little home in our spare room so everything was ground level (including me on a mattress) he stayed asleep for hours and was snoring his head off  I had a dead arm and was dying to go to the toilet (glad I didn't wet the bed)

His front pad is quite cold but the movement has come back i would say 50% and he is only dragging the back one slightly. How can they recover so quickly from these things

The only thing I am a bit concerned about it the fact he hasn't eaten still but the vet told me as long as he is drinking not to worry when they phoned to see how he was

I hope he continues to improve. I will TRY and get a nice picture of my little soldier at some point today and TRY to upload it

Thankyou all for your good wishes and yes I am mad enough I passed each and everyone on to Milo
