Title: Clive, ginger neutered feral needs new home, Cheshire *Staying with us*
Post by: lau200 on April 25, 2011, 20:40:26 PM
Name: Clive
Age: unknown
Colour/breed: Ginger short-haired Moggy
Background: Clive is a feral cat who has been living in my garden for 6months +
General Health: no known ailments
Neutered: Yes
Microchipped: No
Vaccinated: No
Clive is nervous of people but seems ok with other cats. he is looking for a relaxing home without too much interaction with humans, a farm etc would be perfect. He currently has one of my sheds at his disposal but there are too many cats about and too many people for Clive to feel settled as we currently live in a built-up area. He enjoys his food and will eat practically anything at all. we are in widnes, cheshire but we are willing to travel for the right home.

He certainly looks well fed!

It might be worth ringing around the local farms/stables etc to see if they need any mousers, I know Steff did that and found a home for two of her feral rescues that way.

I was just going to suggest what Helen said...as that is what I did to find a suitable home for Tyson and TT's mum and older brother who were too feral for me to tame. It took me a whole afternoon, I just made my way through the yellow pages calling all stables, livery yards, farm shops and farms. I had quite a good "sales" patter by the end of it. It was worth it though and they now have a perfect home down on a farm :)

we are going to keep Clive and hopefully tame him down. he has taken to talking to me and my cats, only Lexie who doesn't like him so she is out-voted  :P he has moved into the garden and kennel now so i think he is calling us home  :Luv2:
