This little one has currently got Nicky wrapped around his paw....she can't say enough good things about him. Tarzan is approximately three to four years old and is friendly with people and other cats. No idea how he is with dogs, as he hasn't been tested.
-
he's lovely!!!
-
Apparently, he "has my name on him" I was informed by Nicky.
-
why wouldn't you!! he reminds me of my bridge babe Algie
-
We have a hissy monster coming to stay soon and I wouldn't have the finances for five cats. Not to mention the fact that hissy miss needs some serious socialising. ;)
But he IS gorgeous!
-
that's a shame but I understand, when you're full you're full!
-

Just seen him and knew you would think of baby Algie!
He's a doll JS and really hope he gets a forever home soon! :Luv:

I know and after what I said yesterday as well!!! good job Blackpool is far away
-
Blackpool isn't far from anywhere.....lol! I think they have some gorgeous kittens as well at the moment. I'm so tempted with the attached kitten but until I get my possible stray sorted out (and my recent experience kitten-sitting!) I don't think I could bring him home.....but ........ :Luv: :Luv: :Luv:
-
I wonder if Debbie would be interested in him?

Feel free to let her know about him. And Dawn.....transport runs..... ;)
-
Aww he is lovely, he looks like a big squirrel with those colours :Luv:
I'm quite a distance from Blackpool.

Again.....transport run..... Obviously after checks and ensuring Tarzan doesn't mind travelling too much.
-
Blackpool to Manchester would be considered a fairly modest run by Purrs' standards, I would have thought ;)
-
Quite right, trigger. Specially for a young 'un unless he's a terrible traveller!
-
That would be a really easy run to get sorted after some of the ones we have done, or tried! Although if he is truly adorable he could easily get lost en route!
-
I will be keeping an eye on this one!! in the very unlikely event that something closer doesn't come up!! Debbie manchester is so much closer than buckinghamshire!!
-
Debbie, did you call about Tarzan? ;)
-
I saw on another thread that she did but nobody got back to her so she is now trying for Timmy and waiting to hear from vn
-
Me too Gill. Nicky sometimes seems to miss messages, not sure what happens.
-
I've been in touch with Nicky, if Tarzan is ok without my company or other cats during the day whilst I am at work then we may have a match... ;D I was quite tempted to take Tiny though, as he looks lush too
-
It must be nice now though Debbie having a choice.....Good Luck with Tarzan!
-
:crossed:
-
...I think Debbie should tell you herself..... ;)

Just a quick update as I'm merely passing through today.
Harvey, formerly Tarzan is now home and he is absolutely gorgeous, even more than his pic showed him to be. He is one hunk of a cat and soooooooooo affectionate I have little scratch marks on one arm where he woke me up last night with his claws as he was 'padding' and purring away on me
He's very laid back, next doors cat eyeballed him through the patio and he returned the stare, the hoover didnt faze him much neither. I went out today shopping and he just fell fast asleep til I got back.
Sounds perfect doesnt he? Well he is :Luv: I'll post pics soon x
-
Thats great and so pleased he is home and lovely ;D
I will now make this another success story for Purrs.....or did I do it already

Eeeee! Wonderful - will put one on the Blackpool Cats in Care site as soon as possible. :)
-
What a gorgeous boy :Luv2: Worth the wait :)
How's he been getting on?
-
Hi Helen
He's great thanks, he is such a softie and so well behaved I've never had a cat like him. I needn't have worried about being at work during the day and leaving him alone as I've been off a few days last week and he just slept in his little bed at the side of the sofa for most of the day which I am guessing is what he does when I am at work too.
I've just started getting him to interact with me and play with Da Bird and he likes his squirrel which is getting a bit mangy already
The one thing I found really odd is that he doesnt really want to go outside, or when he does he ventures pretty much to the end of the garden at the back or under my car if out the front. My previous male cats went wandering for miles/hours yet 10 minutes out he's eyeballing me through the patio door to come back in. Mind you if I was him, think I would be the same in this weather :cold:
-
Sounds like a match made in heaven :)
-
:Luv2: :Luv2:

Thanks for the pics Debbie! ;D
Looks like the handsome fella has found his perfect forever home and slave! :Luv2:
