Any further General Information you can share:
We have 2 cats, and for personal reasons (which i can disclose to those interested in the cat) we are unable to care for them any more. We have contacted cat sanctuaries and found they have a long waiting list, and to be honest we dont want to burden them further unless absolutely necessary.
The cat, which we have named Tigs, because he is stripey, is very loving, loves to be stroked and fussed over, and is very vocal when he wants ur attention. He is very friendly to strangers, and children - anyone who will fuss over him!
He has not been vaccinated or neutered, so please bear this in mind, as this will need doing.
Please only take this cat if you can truely only offer a genuine loving home.
Please email mrusby@aol.com for further info and pics.
Many thanks.

Hi & :welcome: to Purrs
Hope you don't mind but I've edited your post slightly, the phrase 'free to good home' can often attract undesireables so it's often best to ask for a small donation to a rescue of your choice instead.
Do you have a photo of Tigs, he sounds gorgeous :Luv2: It would be best if you could get him neutered before you rehome him, many people will be wary of taking on an entire tom as they're worried about spraying/fighting etc You can ask your local Cats Protection for a voucher which covers all or most of the cost of this, it's a simple op and he'd be back to normal pretty much the same day.

:thanks: Thanks for editing - i dont mind at all. Ive tried to add pics but the file comes up as too large, and i dont know how to make them smaller. Anyone is welcome to message me and ill email the pics. With reagrd the neutering - we havent been able to afford to pay for it tbh. And one of the reasons why we think its best that hes rehomed.
He really is a beautiful cat, very loving. loves to sit with you and march on you ( or milk you iykwim). Just desperately hope that the home he goes to is perfect for him x

Thanks - thats perfect and very kind of u!
The first pic was when he was a kitten and was so small he could sleep in a tissue box! ;D
The others were taken recently - one of them at xmas where he had to be in on all the mess! :briggin: x
-
Oh he is gorgeous! :Luv2:
Defo in need of the chop though as if he goes without being neutered he may never be done! :(
-
Wow, he's a stunner :Luv2:
With reagrd the neutering - we havent been able to afford to pay for it tbh. And one of the reasons why we think its best that hes rehomed.
You can ask your local Cats Protection for a neutering voucher, they normally cover most if not all of the cost. He will be so much better off neutered and it will also be easier to find that perfect home for him
-
he is a stunner, but with so many cats looking for new homes, I fear unless he is neutered he will be very difficult to rehome
-
Thanks, ill look into it x
-
Will you please keep us informed on how you get on as Im sure someone on here would help out getting a voucher sent to you if you had any problems elsewhere! :Luv:

Welcome to Purrs - Tigs is stunning. :)
Definitely look into the Cats Protection vouchers. Or if you're in a city there might be a PDSA clinic that will do the "op" for a small donation. ;)
