I think so, perhaps if you contact (if you can ever get in) you can advise all the  reasons why cats shoud be neutered/spayed, and also that the kitten is not too young to flea and worm. Kittens can have Frontline spray from 2 days old.

And does it mean, that the posters cats are the parents? If so, can someone register and see if they'd considered having their cats neutered and spayed? I can't seem to log in!
