Angie, I an sure that this is from all of us.

You showed her love, warmth and compassion and allowed her to go with dignity, which is more than what her so called caring owners could provide.

It does not matter how long they are with us when we foster them, they still have this knack of weedling their way into our hearts. At least there are still people in this world that care.

Oh Angie, I'm so sorry to hear this news but you tried everything you could for this little one and gave her love and affection at the time she needed it most.

Angie so sorry for your loss, another black beauty at the bridge

She will never be erased she is a permanant memory here at Purr's and having lost Sailor - one of our ferals last week know how you feel, I have yet to hoover the curtains to remove his hair - thats about all he left apart from wonderful memories that in his last weeks he mastered going out not bad for the unhandlable label he had

She is still with you and perhaps a flower in her memory for the garden will help - I have plants for all those who have gone to the Bridge - all at different times but perhaps somethig like that will help keep her visual memory with you

Im so sorry Angie i know she meant alot to you. She was such a lovely cat and you did everything you could and more. Whatever she went through before she came to you, she had the best life she could while with you.

Angie, I'm sure Ebony had fond memories of you when she left to go to the Rainbow Bridge. You tried your best and all the things you're clearing up round the house don't mean you're removing her from existence - she will always be a special girl to you even without all that stuff dotted around.

I think Ebony has now started to fit - this would indicate the possiblilty of a tumour. Made an appointment for her this morning to say goodbye, got myself all syched up , took her in then bottled it and she is now back with me.

Will keep a close eye on her to see what happens over the next few days.

At the moment she is more or less herself, metacam hopefully will continue to keep her painfree. Her eyes are responding ok and her chest is fine.
I want to confirm to myself that she is fitting as all I have seen in the stiffness and dribbling (followed by a few minutes of panting), so it might be that she was just being sick and was choking. (OK I may be ~~not~~ kidding myself)

She is still eating well and enjoying her fuss - of which she had all of yesterday evening and this morning much to the chargrin of my own cats who were sitting on the sidelines staring at her.
