Ban foie gras petition

I got the email too - pathetic government. Although the tories wouldn't ban it either. They would say its nice spread on veal :tired:

You can actually produce foie gras humanely ... I was watching the F word the other week and in spain they produce it by feeding free range geese grain ... it gets the same result and the foei gras is just as good. No force feeding involved.

I agree it is a sickening practice, but I do think folks know what it is when they order it at the 'posh' restaurants.

I find the wording of this abit odd, it says
We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to ban the sale of inhumane foie gras
As its legal elsewhere they wont call it inhumane will they?
Its a sick practice, i doubt most who eat it even know what it is!
