They're nowhere near as bad to groom as people think. They moult once a year and that's all over within a week. For the rest of the year they just need a good brush once or twice a week unless they are either going to a show or living outside over the winter (in which case they need more brushing as they grow a much thicker winter coat than they do indoors)
