HISTORY: Over a period of 13 years Waddington's released a Christmas jigsaw each year to celebrate each of the 12 days of Christmas plus a combined 12 days of Christmas, hence 13 jigsaws in the series.

Each jigsaw contained a Certificate of Authenticity, a gold collectable coin, and hidden features within the puzzle. These puzzles are considered as collectable.

A few years ago, the 1994 release sold in auction for around £100 and complete set sold for £800. Unfortunately, since then people became aware of the value and the market became flooded resulting in a large loss in value, sorry.
