I am sure he will calm down but if he is seriously a nightmare and your worried its more than normal boistous behavior, it may be wise to ring the vet and ask for advice.

I didnt think they should be done on same day - my vet said it was ok and i trust him so went along with it.

Freddy has been a nightmare since he came home !!!!!!
Lala was how i thought she would be, tired and sleepy but Freddy has been 100 miles an hour !
I have never known anything like it lol he ran around all night, beating all the other cats up - jumpimg up the walls - killing teddy bears - swinging from curtains - scratching anyone that went near him !
I have never EVER had a cat that has behaved like this after an anisectic and he's not much better today !!
