Here is beautiful Bonnie - only 9 months old at most, found as a stray in the garden of one of our CP volunteers. She is a gorgeous little girl and so kittenish - photos aren't great as she doesn't keep still long enough. Vet thinks she has around two weeks before giving birth. It's my first experience of a pregnant cat so am excited but quite nervous at the moment ! Will be on Purrs for lots of advice :scared:

She is beautiful and such a shame she is so young but now in safe loving hands ;D
-
She is gorgeous and just so sad that she is having kittens so young
-
Bless :Luv2: :Luv2: Yes, so sad she's having kittens when she's only a kitten herself :( We've had 2 10 month olds handed in (sisters) who gave birth within hours of each other - 7 kittens in total that we now have to find homes for, as well as the young mums of course. >:( - thats on top of the 60+ cats and kittens we already have needing new homes :(
-
She's beautiful :Luv2: At least it will be her one and only litter, just hope her little body can cope with it
-
poor little girl
-
She`s beautiful and so lucky to have found you.

Still anxiously awaiting Bonnie's kittens ! She has been working hard on her 'nest' and has built a sort of tent with the paper and re-arranged all the bedding layers into a huge heap so hopefully not too much longer to wait.
-
Ooooh, may not be long to go ;D Hope everything goes smoothly for her when the time comes :care:
-
I think Bonnie is getting ready so will spend the night with her :waiting:
-
Good luck! hope your'e ready with the hot water and towels :evillaugh:
-
Oooh, exciting :wow: Fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly for her
-
False alarm - I think it was wind or indigestion. I settled down for the night, she did a smelly poo, coughed a couple of times like she was going to be sick but wasn't, and then immediately started chasing a moth ! :innocent: I stayed anyway but she is fine this morning.
-
:evillaugh:
Sounds like she just fancied some company for the night :naughty:

Bonnie gave birth to four gorgeous kittens last night. All are doing well and she is a very happy and proud Mum. Two black and two black and white. Will post photos soon.

Long overdue photo - kittens are four weeks now and doing really well. We have Rocky, Sooty, Scamp and Petra (in memory of our dear Peter). I'm fairly sure Rocky is a boy but bit uncertain about the others ! Keeping us busy but lots of fun and just getting started on proper food. Bonnie is a great Mum.
-
They're adorable :Luv2: :Luv2: :Luv2: Fingers crossed they can all find lovely homes when the time comes, are you tempted at all?! :naughty:
-

Yes Helen, am very tempted - will see how the rehoming goes when the time comes - keep telling myself though just to enjoy them while they are with us !
-
Aww they are so gorgeous :) Bonnie has done so well. :Luv:
-
Bonnie's kittens are now 9 weeks and Petra and Scamp went to their forever home today with one of our other fosterers.
-
:omg: how adorable are they?! :blow kiss: All extremely cute but it has to be little Rocky for me, that's a lovely photo of him - he looks like a right character :Luv2: :Luv2:
-
I dreamed of taking Rocky and renaming him Rocket Ronnie, after my Dad, Ron, whose birthday was also 4th September.
Then I had a reality check, remembered I already have seven, none of whom would welcome a newbie right now.
Hope you find the best possible home for these beautiful babies. Bonnie is wonderful too. :Luv2:
-
oh WOW :wow:
how gorgeous!! i just wanna steal them!! :catlove: Sooty is to die for!!! and lil Rocky looks like he could give my Nuggie a right run for his money lol :Luv2: :Luv2:
awwww........all of them, so beautiful (inc. Scamp & Petra)

Sooty went to her nice new home on Saturday and Bonnie and Rocky are going together to a lovely family next weekend. Bonnie was spayed today and is fine. Our branch had a homing show on Saturday and I attached a photo of Rocky to Bonnie's pen, hoping they could stay together. The family walked in, she went straight to them and the man said "she's just beautiful, it's a done deal" - I insisted they walked round and saw all the other cats first but there was never any doubt.
-
Wonderful ;D ;D

Fantastic news :) Bonnie AND Rocky eh, they are the lucky ones (the family, not the cats!) :naughty:
