Title: Good home needed for black female kitten. London. (Re-homed)
Post by: Caz on June 05, 2012, 16:37:53 PM
Hi,
I need a home for one kitten from my litter, her mother is half burmese, father tabbly, she is all black apart from a tiny white patch under the chin, born 18/4/12 so ready for a new home any minute, she's very difficult to photograph because as soon as you get close enough to point a camera at her she leaps into your arms.

Friendly, confident, eats well (she's ignoring the kitten bowls and muscling into the adult food) litter trained, very relaxed and affectionate, likes her tummy tickled, fine with children and other cats, but also quite independent, she will be ok in a single-cat household.

I have managed to pin her down on video!  http://youtu.be/zO1ScXQ4vQo (http://youtu.be/zO1ScXQ4vQo)
(hope that link works or I'll be back on to edit)

I'm close to Canary Wharf, East London. Can deliver within reasonable radius.

If you know of anyone who'd like her please get in touch.

Many Thanks, Carrie

Please do not advertise your kitten as "free" she could easily fall into the wrong hands and be open to abuse or even worse, I know its hard to believe but awful people take "free" kittens and use them as bait for fighting dogs - I hope that the little one finds a lovely forever home x

The advert would have been okay on here Hun - we are all cat lovers to the extreme, I was just concerned about you advertising her "Free" on other sites x

 :welcome: to Purrs Caz

Agree with Sheryl, never a good idea to advertise as free to a good home - even if you ask for a small donation to charity it will hopefully put off the undesirables who are definitely not animal lovers!

It might be an idea to put a notice up in the vets that are local to you. Have the rest of the litter found homes? Also, is Mum going to be spayed once the babies are rehomed?

Yup. She's booked in for next week, and the other 3 are all going to people I know. Just this one left, she's quite a character.

She's fine, went to a nice couple of guys with an older cat that she bonded with well, I get regular updates on her adventures.

While I'm on, a friend's father has just died and left 4 cats. My friend already has a couple of his own, so would like to rehome some of his Dad's. I don't know much about the cats apart from the fact that they're in Essex, and are used to having a garden. If you hear of anyone who would like one, let me know.
