I've now been to the site, and I think this may be just a case of an abandoned litter. No one has seen any sight of ferals before, and only this one report of kittens wandering around last night.

I'm going back to stick posters up asking any sighting to be reported to me, and I'll of course take all the gear and give it a couple of hours waiting... so we shall see.

I absolutely love ferals. I only just lost my Tigger  :( He was from a feral colony and I tamed him down. I caught him at about 6 weeks and he lived to be 13.  :sneaky: But I''ve never had this kind of task before.  :innocent:

Good luck you just have to remeber good stout gloves and nice things in the trap - 8 of our ferals are from the same colony and 4 nice and 4 nasty - had to bring them when we moved as nobody wanted to feed them!!!

They are also more scared of you!!!!! :Crazy:

good luck - you'll probably find that they are ex-pets more than feral so won't be fierce - just scared.

I just took a call on our CP line from someone reporting ferals living in a residential area. This is the first time I've had an actual case to go deal with... I've got the collywobbles!  :Crazy: :Crazy: :scared:

Dawn! Dawn! Help..! :evillaugh:

I'm going to do a site visit later and get the full picture.
