Hi All i thought i had better  do a post and let you all know that Alfie went to his new loving home today, the Lady who took him in  really fell in love with him at first sight, she has only just phoned to tell me that he is sitting on her lap and really loving her brushing him, she said he has not stopped purring since i dropped him off, and said she would forever be in dept to me for letting her have him and its really nice to know the Alfie has at last found a forever loving, home he was only 4 years old when his owner who sadly passed away,he was brought by his last owner as a kitten for £250.00 and was really loved so you know how he must have felt going in a pen with all my Moggies and him being a Pedigree , i would also like to say i am sorry i have not been posting to often as i have really been hard at it with all the cats and my website but things are picking up again i have homed five little cats to loving homes since the bank holiday and still have around 25 cats in the pens and seven indoors.well i will try and post more often best of luck to you all Ron.

Oh, isn''t he fabulous .
I am thinking of getting another persian -but Brightons the other end of the country for me (Lincoln) and i think it may have to be a girl as i am fairly sure that Winston my enormous red and white boy would not take kindly to another male !

Just shows you wait long enough and like buses they all come at once. Youwant believe how long it took for my brother to decide on a Burmese and two weeks later i found seven... all local to Kent..!

I'm a persian person - and I live in Brighton - and up until last week, I was hunting for a red persian!!!  ;D

I had been checking Ron's site regularly and had seen on his 'found cats' section, a black persian found in Cambridge Road, Hove. Freakily, my first ever cat was a black persian - and at the time, I lived in Cambridge Road, Hove. Doo doo doo doo (that's the tune that people do when there's a freaky coincidence! :evillaugh:)

And, freakily still, one of the red persians that I've adopted is also called Alfie!

Sadly, I have my full complement of cats now and therefore won't be able to offer this one a home - but I shall be keeping a close eye on what happens!

He's a cream and white bi-colour, he's lovely, and Brighton is too far away, and no I can't have any more boys LOL!  :innocent:

Did you see the long haired tortie, "Dorothy"?  :Luv2:

I have just been checking out Ron's website, which seems to have been updated recently but sadly Ron is too busy to join us in Purrs for a while.

I just had to flag up this beautiful persian, with such unusual ginger and white markings...  :naughty:
