So sorry to hear about Cory. Is always such a hard decision but you definitely made the right choice for Cory even though it is a very painful one for you.

Take care.

No decision made from love is ever wrong

I think that's a very good way to look at it  Such a terrible decision to have to make though :( I would ask the vet to be completely honest with you and say what they would do if he was their cat

Nobody can tell you what is right and you know him the best and can judge when he is in pain and not enjoying life any more.
I think you know in your heart when the time has come and it is a great gift to give rest if it is needed,
No decision made from love is ever wrong and I hope that he gives you a sign to tell you he is ready. x

We are thinking about putting our boy down tomorrow,  :'( he has skin uclers and we have tried different treatments but nothing is working and he is getting worse bleeding and pussing they are spreading they are on his feet legs tail under his arms he bites them all the time, we dont want him suffering any more he, Its so hard we love him but we also have a baby toddler and even though we clean up I dont want my little one putting her hands in it. Just dont know what to do we are going to see the vet tomorrow, My husband is thinking of putting him down and I have been thinking the same. so sad what would you do  :(. He must be in distress. Just want to do the bes for him
