  Darwin sounds like Lucky (my next door neighbours cat).  Lucky comes to meet me when I pull up at night, then trots across across from the garages straight in my house and to the food bowl.  If the door or the kitchen window is open I often find him cureld up alseep somewhere in the house.  He seems to think that Mel (my Neighbour) and I are both responsible for him and that my house is an extension of his house!

He'd find a way....I think he's just by nature really nosey. The girl that used to live next door got used to finding him asleep under her bed with one of her cats. (Lilly) I'm going to have to warn the new people that Darwin thinks an open window on their house gives him free reign..... :tired:

 what is he like!?  I think he needs keeing in under house arrest ... preferably in a padded cell with soft toys only!  Maybe then he won't injure himself!

You aren't going to believe this....Darwin came back in an hour or so ago with one eye squeezed shut. :tired: Arghhhh.....I think it's a test of some kind. I still have some fucithalmic from his last eye issue so hopefully that'll help.

Calamity Cat update: ;) The limping has definitely lessened and I can now pick him up without him wailing at me and crawling over my shoulder. He can push down with front and back legs, (I didn't make him, I turned it into a game. :)) but he did squeak when I touched on his belly somewhere. I can't see anything though, so the vet nurse that answered the phone at the vets has advised observation for a couple of days. I think it's the best bet, so will adhere to the advise. He was well enough to play bed mice with my partners feet this morning, so he can't feel too bad. :evillaugh:

Darwin has lost yet another collar and was acting a little oddly. I picked him up to cuddle him and he cried at me, so I put him down. He's limping. I can only assume he got into a bit of a to do outside and hurt himself somehow.

I'm likely to be taking him to the vets tomorrow afternoon to see what the problem is. (observing the rest of today and tomorrow morning to see if it improves.) Wish us luck.
