Thanks to those who sent PMs - Sorry I haven't got round to replying. Dennis is going to work from home today - I am going to college and will see how I go. Probably better to take my mind of things - also I can't afford to miss genetics lectures

It really does seem odd without him here and really weird not spending half of my morning time trying to make sure he has eaten something and clearing up 1/2 dozen or so dishes of uneaten food.

Thanks everyone. We are just so glad he isn't suffering now. Craig said the his kidneys were so tiny, they had given up producing red bloods cells. The inside of his little mouth was blue

Thinking back to better times - Willow (died 2/1/10) used to tease him mercilessly but he always took it well

(excuse the horrible brown window - it was replaced before the house was sold)

This was about 6 years ago.

Clapton was the most loved and cherished cat - nothing was too much trouble, or expense, to give him the best of lives

now he has been given that final loving gift, and sent on his way to the Bridge with a lifetime of care to speed him on his way

but I am so sad for you and Dennis, who will miss him so much
