Peggy is sooooo lovely - such a lovely lady.  :Luv2: :hug:

I adopted my Bonnie when she was 10 and she will be 15 in December - lots of us adopt old cats and some are brave enough and kind enough to adopt cats with health problems.

Doesn't matter what time you post on here there's always someone around  ;)

Better not let her see all this. She'll have a head the size of a beachball otherwise. Thanks for all your kind words though. Some of my pics of her really show her personality :D

I wish I still had the rescue centre's pic. It was hilariously awful. She looked like Hitler :P

Saturday mornings are usually pretty quiet on here but  :welcome: to Purrs Huge and Peggy  :Luv2: :Luv2: :Luv2:

Bless you for rescuing an "oldie" altho am sure Peggy would be appawlled to be referred to as such  :innocent: and "oldies" on here are usually closer to the 20 mark no matter what vets say  :)

Peggy looks a little like a slightly fuller version of our Bobby.  Peggy should not take any offence to the word "fuller" as she is hardly too rounded.  It's just Bobby is a tall lanky young fella who has recently lost some weight due a horrible dose of cat flu that thankfully he survived.  Their markings around the head are quite similar.

Hope your cold gets better soon.  A lot of peeps seem to be coming down with it at the moment.  Just keep snuggled up to Peggy with your puter on hand and you'll be fine I'm sure  :hug:

Hope you hang around.  Purrs is a nice place and we have the annual auction for a cat rescue coming up in November which is really brilliant fun and get some great bargains in time for Christmas  :)

It's stupidly early, but I have a cold, and sleep is impossible atm. Oh and it's the Japanese Grand Prix qualifying session ;)

So here are some pics of my cat, Peggy (see intro thread for info).


She's not obsessive about boxes, but this was obviously a nice one to sit in :p


If there was an F1 car in this pic, it would sum me up completely :D
