my cat cant deal with the cone after surgery

Need to be careful if you cut a bit out in case it is sharp,

Jonesy will get use to it or take it off while eating hope she is ok.

they do hate these cones, but get used to them to some extent

ten days seems rather long though - you may find the wound heals over quicker than that

she's very cute, by the way

im afraid to take it off incase i cant get it back on but was thinking about cutting a section off it, i think she may spend ten days walking backwards!

I have no experience but I have heard other peeps saying they take it off to let the cat eat

hi, my cat jonesy has just been neutered today, as she has stitches on her side they have sent her home with a cone round her neck, the vet said she should have it on for ten days, but my cat is having  problems eating, getting into toilet, and generally getting around, will she get used to it after a few days, she looks so mirserable!
