OK, just received this email:
Desperately looking for a home with no other cats for a stunning bengal cross neutered male. He is 12 months old, loves people but thinks he's Tyson with other cats - including any neighbourhood cats. Really urgent - picture to follow.
-
I'd love another bengal but sadly the tyson problem seems common!
-
Poor chap, i wish people would research more before buying or making bengals and crosses of them, they are beautiful to look at but do need that bit extra :tired:
Good luck Tyson
-
Picture of Chico....
-
Oh he is beautiful! Positive vibes for a forever home to come up soon! :Luv2:
-
What a gorgeous boy he is. Hope he isn't waiting too long.
-
Loads of luck for him :Luv:
-
Another picture.

Gosh! He looks more like my Gigga everytime I look at him....Gigga enjoys water and is very vocal! :Luv2:
He is one of my most people affectionate cats, so anyone considering this lovely will be in for a total treat! :Luv2:

God I would love to take him in but know nothing about Bengals. I have recently lost our Siamese girl and have been looking for another pedigree to rescue. Are they like Siamese?
-
Id say Bengal's and their crosses are like high energy, lots of stimulation is needed and they have a love of climbing....They are very loving though and sometimes they can be quite bossy....hence this one needing to be an only cat! ;)

I would love to take him in, Iv been wanting to rescue a Siamese/Oriental since we lost our beautiful Siamese girl a few weeks ago. I know nothing about Bengals though. Are they like Siamese?! :-[
-
Im not sure really?
Someone else should have a fair idea though! ;)

We have no other pets but we do have a 4 year old daughter.

Oh a four year old daughter...they can be worse than pets! :naughty:  Only joking!
I cant see how that would pose a problem, Im sure she already knows how to behave around cats anyway! ;)

Hi Gloria and welcome to Purrs ;D so sorry to hear you lost your gorgeous cat
There are quite a few peeps with Bengals on Purrs so hopefully somone will give you some info soon xx
-
Gloria, if you email NicholaHolye@aol.com she can tell you more about Chico.
-
Chico has gone to a new home on a farm, so lots of territory for the bruiser! ;)
-
Fab news! :wow:
-
;D brilliant, hope he's really happy there
-
So glad he has gone to a new home but isn't it funny how some cats get rehomed really quickly and others seem to wait for ages.
-
Yep. Have you looked on Nickys site? There's a lovely boy called Blue and he'd been there ages.
