Hmm - I didn't do anything when Mosi was chipped.  The vets sorted it all out.

Sorry i meant PetLog !!

Well after another morning of phonecalls explaining that if one of the cats were found their chip was not registered to anyone so what good was that,  i have finally sorted it out !!

Had to go through Virbac (the manufacture ) in the end who got "BackHome" to agree to take my details over the phone -
So at long last there are registered !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has been so much hassle though

I had the last of mine Mirco -chipped 4wks ago and still havent had the paper work back !!!

I have rang the company and they said they are behind because of Microchipping month so i asked if they could record the details over the phone - to which they said NO

I said , well what happens if one of them is killed, you wouldnt have my details !! They said well theres nothing we can do until the paperwork has been updated to the computers !

I am really  :censored: off about this.

All my others are with "Petplan" who recorded the info over the phone and then sent me the certificates once the paperwork had been received and done -
This lot were done with "Back home"
