Yep, Da Bird has been a huge success here with Jameson, to the point I have to hide it when we're not playing. Although now he knows where I hide it (above the hat rack in the hall) , and will sit and stare at it for ages and then meow at me to take it down. On few occassions I've seen him trying to climb to get it.

Da Mouse is also fun, but not even nearly as exciting as those Birdie feathers.... One tip: drag Da Bird around in the grass... it drives kitty crrrrrrazy!!!

I can't rate Da Bird highly enough it's the only toy Henry (at 15 yrs) will take any kind of interest in. Charley adores them so much we got all the attachments which we swap about in case he got bored, can't see it happening he plays with it til exhaustion and still gives me sad eyes when I put it away.

The clue to Blips reaction is in the new title  ;D

I have tried her with Da Bird for nearly five minutes (a long time for Blip and a toy) and she was fascinated by it: she looked like a spectator at Wimbledon.  Each time she pounced she immediately ran away in case it fought back, but at least she is prepared to play with it.  ;D

I will try Da Mouse later  :)

Hmmn, tricky one.  I think maybe try da bird first as that will be gentler for her if she gets clonked on the head with it when it's 'flying'.  The pole is in two pieces so you could just use one half of the pole if you think she's going to be upset by the pole.

Let us know how she gets on  :wow:

Da mouse has a tiny metal hoop attached to his nose, you just unclip the feathers by pushing on the clasp and then attach the clip to his little hoop  ;D

So he does!  I don't know whether to try Da Mouse or Da Bird first: Blip is likely to spook at the long fishing rod and string, I fear  :scared:

OK, I got my Da Bird and Da Mouse.   :thanks: Tan  :thanks:

Now, I suspect Blip is going to be terrified of Da Bird, but we shall give it a go.  But I cannot work out how to attach Da Mouse?   :help:

I have ordered a Da Bird and a Da Mouse attachment.  It is probably about 50:50 whether you will be seeing them in a few months time in the annual auctions  :evillaugh:

I will report!

I've said it before and I'll say it again...  If you are getting a da bird then you MUST get a da mouse attachment to go with it - you'd be crazy not too

I think I might buy a Da Bird for Blip.  She isnt a great one for toys (except her catnip critters and Wiggly Waggler), preferring outdoor sporting activities, but everyone speaks so highly of Da Bird.

I have just directed someone here from CatChat and when I checked back, I couldn't see Da Bird in the shop?  Am I going mad?
