Central London on Saturday afternoon, extremely busy (well, it is London!) and a man selling the Big Issue. So far nothing unusual. At his feet, instead of the usual dog that I see he had a ginger cat!!!! Not on a leash, just sat there on his coat in the middle of the pavement, unconcerned at all the people walking past him, just washing himself. Couldn't help but feel how dangerous this could have been had the cat got spooked. I suppose it's no different to someone having a dog and doing the same!
