Mine keep moving when I try to measure them  :tired:

If I measure one of Pinball's front legs and one of his back legs and add them onto his body length (back of neck to base of tail) will that give me the same as measuring him stretched out?? If so then he is around 38-39 inches long.

So let me get this right, we're measuring from tips of the front pawsies to the tips of the toes whilst stretched out? Will have to attempt this once I get home later, I know Fergus is pretty long though, he looks like a draught excluder sometimes  :evillaugh:!!

Memphis isn't willing to let me measure him ... it keeps ending up in roly polys  All I could manage was 11inches for his tail  :evillaugh: He wasn't allowing me to do anything else.

I predict he will be... 110cm / 43" - he and Riley are twins after all  :evillaugh:

He's not a mutant  :evillaugh: It was fully stretched out so includes stretched out paws and legs.  He was laying upside down in my arms and I was spinning round, he loves it and his front paws and back legs stretch out as we spin round, that's when I lent up against the mirror with him.

Are we talking stretched out paws and legs here (so including leg length) or back length?  If the former then Jaffa could match that I reckon  ;D but if you're talking back length I think you must have got that wrong!!  Either that or Riley is a mutant and not a cat  ;D

Just found the measure.....thats enormous Helen  :shify: :shify:

I know   I couldn't believe it when I measured the mirror!  Had his back foot at the left hand edge and his front foot came 10cm short of the other end and the mirror is 120cm / 47" wide   That's fully stretched but even so

OMG that's enormous ... Zephyr is 36 inches from the tip of his nose to the tip of his tail (measuring along his back).

I always knew Riley was long but I've never been able to measure him as if he's laying on his side or back in prime 'measurement position' and I go near him he'll roll over for me to rub his tummy  :innocent:

Was holding him upside in my arms swinging him round and he was fully stretched so I held him up against a mirror and worked out the measurements... he's 110cm or 43 inches long   Is that a Purrs record?
